Returns & Refunds

1. Damaged or Defective Items

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

· The item received is with a manufacturing defect or are incorrect.

· The size delivered is not the size you ordered.

· To request a resolution, please submit a case at the Contact within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 


 

2. Refunds

· If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or store credit within 5–7 business days.

 


 

3. Shipping Costs

· If the error is on our side (wrong item, defect, incorrect size), we will cover all replacement shipping costs.

· If you refuse/miss delivery or provide an incorrect address, shipping costs/product costs cannot be refunded.

 


 

4. Cancellations

· Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, or if the order has not yet entered production (at our discretion).

· As each item is made especially for you, we’re unable to cancel the order once it has gone into production.

 


 

5. Replacements or Returns

If a replacement or return request is approved, the item must be returned to our return address at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated:
